マレーシア政府機関MARAを訪問 ～コンタクトセンターおよびマーケティング分野の国際動向について意見交換～
株式会社カスタマーリレーションテレマーケティング（CRTM）は、マレーシア・クアラルンプールにある政府機関 Majlis Amanah Rakyat（MARA）本部を
訪問し、コンタクトセンター運営およびマーケティング分野に関する国際的なビジネス動向について意見交換を行いました。
CRTMはこれまで、国内企業を中心としたコンタクトセンター運営およびセールス支援を主軸として事業を展開しており、
通信・通販・金融などさまざまな分野のお客様の事業成長を支援してまいりました。
近年、コンタクトセンター業界ではAIやデジタル技術の進展により顧客接点のあり方が大きく変化しています。
こうした環境の変化を踏まえ、CRTMでは国内事業のさらなる高度化を目的として、 海外におけるコンタクトセンターやマーケティング領域の
取り組みについても継続的に情報交換を行っています。
今回の訪問では、MARAの国際連携部門の皆様より、マレーシアにおける起業支援・人材育成・企業成長支援の取り組みについて紹介を受けるとともに、
日本とマレーシア双方のビジネス環境や市場特性について幅広く意見交換を行いました。
また、日本企業としての視点から、日本市場の特性やマーケティング・販売に関する知見についても共有し、 将来的にマレーシア企業が日本市場へ展開する際の可能性についてもディスカッションが行われました。
本訪問は、マレーシア企業グループであるKanaz Groupのご協力により実現したものです。
なお、MARAは2026年に設立60周年を迎えるマレーシアを代表する政府機関であり、 起業支援や人材育成などを通じて同国の産業発展を支える重要な役割を
担っています。
CRTMでは今後も、国内のお客様へのサービス品質向上を最優先としながら、 海外のビジネス動向についても幅広く情報収集を行い、

Visit to Malaysian Government Agency MARA - Exchange of Views on International Trends in Contact Center and Marketing -
Customer Relation Telemarketing Co., Ltd. (CRTM), a Japan-based contact center and sales support company,
recently visited the headquarters of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
During the visit, CRTM had a valuable opportunity to exchange views with MARA officials
regarding international business trends in the fields of contact center operations and marketing.
CRTM has long been supporting business growth of various companies in Japan, mainly through contact center management and sales support services.
Our experience spans multiple industries including telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services.
In recent years, the contact center industry has been rapidly evolving due to the advancement of AI technologies and digital transformation,
which are significantly changing the way companies interact with customers.
In light of these changes, CRTM is actively engaging in international information exchange
in order to enhance our service capabilities and continue delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in Japan.
During the meeting, representatives from MARA's External & International Relations division kindly introduced MARA's initiatives in areas such as entrepreneurship development, human capital development, and business growth support in Malaysia.
At the same time, CRTM shared perspectives from the Japanese market, including insights into Japan's consumer behavior, marketing approaches,
and sales strategies.
Both sides also discussed potential opportunities for Malaysian companies to explore entry into the Japanese market in the future.
This visit was made possible with the kind support and coordination of Kanaz Group, a Malaysian business group.
It is also worth noting that MARA will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2026. As one of Malaysia's leading government institutions,
MARA plays an important role in supporting the country's economic development through entrepreneurship support,
talent development, and industry growth initiatives.
